Memory Lane Markers has built a reputation based on quality and customer service, and we especially want to make things right for our customers if something goes wrong with our products during the warranty period.
WARRANTY:
Memory Lane Markers’ products come with a 5-year limited warranty that covers the value of the product sold, including product defects, illegibility caused by sunlight and exposure to the elements, and vandalism. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and ends five years later. Please email support@memorylanemarkers.com to initiate a warranty claim.
The maximum number of times your product will be replaced during the warranty period is two times. The warranty does not cover defects caused by the customer, improper installation, lost or misplaced items, smudging or discoloration left by the adhesive, ancillary damages, or anything else that’s not explicitly covered in the above list.
LIMITATION ON DAMAGES:
The warranty applies to the purchase and use of the physical QR tag product and does not apply to the Memorial Website connected digitally to the QR code on the tag. There is no warranty for the digital services from Memory Lane Markers.
The warranty and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Memory Lane Markers and its Partners. Memory Lane Markers and its Partners shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Memory Lane Markers and its Partners have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose.
Memory Lane Markers and its Partners’ entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair at their sole option. However, some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
RETURNS POLICY:
Memory Lane Markers’ products are custom and made-to-order and therefore are not eligible for a return. In the case of a defect or broken product, please refer to the Warranty Information above.
