The Memorial Website associated with the purchased Memory Lane Marker contains photos, information, and other details that were shared voluntarily by the primary contact assigned at the time of purchase. All shared material will be used at Memory Lane Markers’ sole discretion. In general, only the person who has purchased the Memory Lane Marker can share information with Memory Lane Markers or pass the assignment to another person unless there are extenuating circumstances and Memory Lane Markers may choose another primary contact at their discretion. There may be issues with the Memorial Websites including, but not limited to, planned and unplanned downtime, imperfect design features, blurry images, etc. Memory Lane Markers will work with customers to improve the Memorial Websites, at its discretion, in an effort to meet the customers’ expectations. Customers will also have an choice to have the QR code refer to an alternative website instead of a Memorial Website on Memory Lane Markers’ domain. The alternative choice, like the development of the Memorial Website, must take place during the one year period after purchase.
